On 20 September 2022 at 9.30 a.m., the time had finally come – after more than two years of abstinence, the first trip by bus for senior citizens started from Heilbronn in the direction of Eppingen to the State Garden Show. After arriving, the participants were welcomed by two guides and set off in two groups to explore the beautiful grounds of the State Garden Show.
Located in the middle of the city, the State Garden Show in Eppingen spread a very special flair of new green spaces and integration into the beautiful old town.
After the exploration, all participants of the tour met for lunch in the tent of the Gartenschaubewirtung. There was also plenty of time for conversation and so everyone returned to the bus in the afternoon, invigorated and satisfied.
